Zeitintensives Suchen nach einer Reinigungskraft gehört von nun an der Vergangenheit an: Kunden können über die Website oder App in weniger als 60 Sekunden eine geprüfte und versicherte Reinigungskraft buchen. Darüber hinaus vermittelt Helpling über Partnerunternehmen weitere haushaltsnahe Dienstleistungen, wie z. B. professionelle Fensterreinigung, Möbelaufbau oder Malerarbeiten.
Gegründet wurde Helpling im Januar 2014 von Benedikt Franke und Philip Huffmann. Zu unseren Investoren gehören mitunter Internet-Pioniere wie Rocket Internet, Mangrove Capital und Lakestar. Helpling ist in 9 Ländern vertreten: Australien, Deutschland, Frankreich, Großbritannien, Irland, Italien, Niederlande, Singapur und in den Vereinigten Arabischen Emiraten (VAE).
Deine Aufgaben
We’re looking for a self driven UX/UI Designer (m/f) to own the Helpling customer experience across platforms. Your mission is to learn what we don't know about our customers and create solutions for their biggest problems. We apply an iterative design process: incorporating feedback, launching quickly and testing hypotheses. You will be crucial to the way we invent and validate our product. You’ll work from conception to completion: gathering user insights, analyzing user needs and visualisalizing them through user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high fidelity UI designs.
In detail, your responsibilities will be the following:
  • Initiate, plan and conduct user research and user testing
  • Create the wireframes, customer journey maps, prototypes, and polished mockups, needed to communicate potential solutions and vision (e.g., Sketch, Framer, InVision)
  • Validate those solutions with users and in production for customer and business impact, then iterate as needed.
  • Be part of the Product team, actively involved in agile development processes and speaking on behalf of the customer
Dein Profil
  • 2+ years of experience in User Experience and User Interface Design 
  • Comfortable with all aspects of the design process, from user research to UI design, through to helping assess impact 
  • Ability to articulate your design decisions and the problems they are solving, backing decisions with qualitative and quantitative research
  • Experience working in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment for consumer-facing digital products
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with developers, and product owners
  • You thrive on feedback and critique, responding with creative thinking and iterative design
  • Experience with designing experiences across a multitude of devices and contexts
